Your adventure gets underway with traditional skordalia, a garlic and potato dip, and fresh pitas to enjoy it with. Then, create a Greek salad bursting with tomatoes and kalamata olives. Prepare a roasted leg of lamb seasoned with fresh herbs. Celebrate the end of your voyage with a creamy custard pie.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
