Private Chef - A Sophisticated Seafood Feast
This private chef experience with Chef Johnny offers an updated and modern take on a handful of classic seafood dishes. Begin with toasted cornbread topped with clam chowder, and iron skillet-seared jumbo shrimp drizzled with chipotle cocktail sauce. For your entrée, Chef Johnny will serve fresh snapper enveloped with spinach and a sherry crab sauce before a dessert of crème brûlée parfait with tart berries and lemon pound cake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
