Prepare a collection of classic bistro dishes in this cooking lesson on historic French cuisine.

The vibrant culinary history of France comes to life in this hands-on cooking class with Chef William. Discover the significance of these time-honored recipes as you learn how to make them from scratch.

Begin with a salade Niçoise topped with seared tuna, haricots verts, tomatoes and potatoes. Next, you'll prepare a classic coq au vin studded with mushrooms and bacon lardons and served with demi-glace pommes fondant. Finally, perfect two traditional French desserts: dark chocolate pots de crème and black cherry clafoutis served with espresso.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
