Discover how to handcraft homemade Italian dishes from scratch in this engaging cooking class, where Chef Ozzy will guide you step-by-step through authentic flavors and techniques for making fresh pasta, a classic dessert and more.

Begin by mixing dough for handmade tagliatelle, which you'll pair with Italian cheese, butter and herbs. For the entrée, learn how to expertly prepare juicy scallops and drizzle them with a rich tomato, basil and almond sauce. For dessert, Chef Ozzy will teach you how to make traditional chocolate torte with ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
