Cooking Class - Authentic Italian Pasta Making
In this hands-on class, Chef Jordan will lead you on a journey through some of the most simple, yet awe-inspiring Italian classics — including fresh, homemade pasta.
You will begin with a refreshing caprese salad laden with juicy heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil, and drizzled with a house-made balsamic reduction. The main event is a showstopper of homemade pasta infused with a healthy dose of provincial marinara sauce and served with lemon thyme chicken breast. End with a divine vanilla bean panna cotta finished with berry sauce. Many ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
