Cooking Class - Authentic Northern Italian Fare

This menu takes a lighter twist on traditionally hearty Northern Italian food.

In this cooking class, you'll work hands-on with Chef Laura to build an Italian feast completely from scratch. While Northern Italian fare is traditionally heavy on the meat, this meal offers a lighter take.

Begin class by constructing a caprese salad with a robust balsamic reduction before crafting homemade cheese ravioli with ricotta and Parmesan cheese. Then, Chef Laura will show you how to make a traditional bolognese sauce to top your ravioli. End your meal by deconstructing a cannoli into a delightful parfait for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
