In this hands-on class with Chef Courtney, you will learn how to prepare an outstanding restaurant-worthy three-course brunch menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and simple cooking techniques that yield impressive results.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class with Chef Courtney include a garden vegetable omelet filled with sautéed spinach and mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, asparagus, and cheese, as well as garlicky triple cheese hash browns and beautifully thin crêpes served with a homemade fresh fruit compote and freshly whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Best date night we've had in a long time! We loved the location as it seemed more like home and was private just to our group. The recipes were easy to follow and recipes we'd use at home with our family. Chef Courtney was very thoughtful in all of the ingredients in that most households would utilize or have easy access to in any grocery store. Courtney was very personable, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. She was also very knowledgeable and taught us new cooking techniques. We have taken other cooking classes in the twin cities and was very impressed by this experience! We recommend taking a class from Chef Courtney! You will not be disappointed! We are excited to book our night date night with her!
