Begin with a tangy shrimp ceviche before learning how to prepare white fish with a traditional coconut salsa with peppers. Next, practice making crispy chips with fried green plantains and a savory peanut butter sauce. For dessert, you'll craft a creamy passion fruit cheesecake with zesty lime.
