If Dad is a steak lover, this hands-on cooking class celebrating all things wagyu is a perfect way to show him how much you care! Together, you'll cook a menu curated by Chef Harold that shows off the versatility of this world-class cut in a global course he's sure to love.

Begin with egg drop soup, featuring shiitake mushrooms and scallions, before preparing a wagyu sushi sandwich and yakisoba with savory sauces and fresh vegetables. For dessert, handcraft an ube rice cake served with chocolate ganache.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had so much fun and learned a lot with Chef Harold!! The "Wagyu Backyard Cookout Party" was awesome, especially the shrimp hand roll, noodles and rice cake with chocolate ganache. So glad we were given this as a gift!
