Enjoy a classic and extravagant holiday feast, carefully prepared by Chef Joshua Elias.

Savor a gourmet, chef-curated meal made exactly to your preferences with a festive holiday spin. To start, choose from decadent appetizers like creamy potato leek soup or fig and pistachio baked brie. Then, your choice of roasted beef tenderloin or honey glazed ham and buttery fresh baked rolls. Further customize your meal from a list of decadent sides before moving on to holiday dessert like gingerbread cheesecake or eggnog crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I booked Chef Joshua for a last-minute surprise birthday party for a friend and the night went wonderfully! He balanced conversation, cooking instruction, and maintaining the rest of the meal seamlessly.
