Begin by learning how to make a classic, buttery tart shell. Next, Chef Sarah will guide you through the process of molding your tart shell and making a luxurious pastry cream filling. Top your tart with fresh fruits glistening with a smooth apricot glaze, then arrange your sweet treats in a pastry box to showcase your creations.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Sarah was amazing! I had an experience of a lifetime. I learned so much from her. She has lots of patience, super knowledgeable and very kind. I have come away with an understanding on how to decorate a cake beautifully and it was very tasty to! You are very lucky to have Chef Sarah working for Cozymeal and I was very lucky to meet her!

Sarah was absoutely amazing! Her bio does not do her justice - she is exceptionally talented and very experienced. We learned so many little things you didn't know you need to know to be a great baker. She was also so patient with our thousand questions and spent extra time with us. Most importantly we had FUN and made AMAZING food. Thank you Sarah!

Chef Sarah was absolutely AMAZING!! She came in excited and went above and beyond to create a one of a kind experience for us. She took time and explained the science behind the ingredients and was super encouraging throughout the night. I highly recommend Chef Sarah and I will definitely book her again!!

Chef Sarah is no newbie when it comes to teaching and it certainly shows in her classes! She is so detailed and talented and I could learn from her over and over again. She has competed on multiple Food Network Shows and her experience shines in her work. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a sweet treat cooking class!
