Learn how to prepare an Italian feast featuring classically meaty Italian main dishes and more.

In this hands-on class with Chef Luca, you will learn how to prepare an authentic five-course Italian menu showcasing classic hearty and meaty recipes made with fresh ingredients, such as Italian extra virgin olive oil.

Some of the meat-centric dishes and recipes you'll create from scratch in this class include a soul-warming tagliatelle ragu espresso, tagliolini al Parmigiano Reggiano, filet mignon with a creamy green peppercorn sauce, and a homemade fluffy and custardy diplomat cream with strawberries for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The entire evening was incredible!! The food was beyond delicious! We can’t wait to make these dishes on our own and share them with our friends and family. It’s obvious that Chef Luca loves what he does and brings a lot of fun energy into your home to enhance the entire experience!

My wife hired Chef Luca for my birthday to come cook for us and teach me how to make pasta. From start to finish, I couldn't turn off my smile even if I tried. Not only was every dish fantastic and traditionally Italian, but Chef Luca really taught us how to make love to the food... I mean, make food with love. Well, maybe a bit of both. In addition to being a talented chef, he is a very funny and big-hearted man which made the night that much more spectacular. I highly recommend him and his cooking to anyone and would GLADLY hire him again.

We had a great time with Chef Luca. He is very outgoing, a lot of fun and knowledgeable. Although I have tried to make my own pasta before, it did NOT turn out the way his did. He gave us some tips which will hopefully work for me when I try it again. The custard was AMAZING (and, I am not a custard fan). Highly recommend.
