In this interactive cooking class with Chef Timothy, you'll learn how to create the classically tasty Chinese takeout meals we all know and love. Discover why day-old rice is so perfect for frying, see how egg drop soup is made and brush up on essential skills and techniques.

Begin your menu with fluffy fried rice and fresh vegetables, followed by tangy, saucy orange chicken perfection. Create your own take on classic egg drop soup before mixing, baking and indulging in a rich, decadent Chinese five spice chocolate cake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Wonderful experience with Tim. He came to my apartment and brought all the premium ingredients and equipment for cooking. He was patient, answered our questions and was full of energy with a passion for culinary dishes! I’d highly recommend Chef Tim for your event and I will be booking again soon!
