There's a world of possibility for creating gourmet flavor in your dumplings, and Chef Jenn is eager to show you how in this interactive hands-on cooking class. Savory, earthy and thoroughly plant-forward, these recipes are sure-fire crowd-pleasers!

You'll being by creating a lychee and mandarin salad with ginger and kale before preparing a pair of dumpling selections, one filled with fresh scallions and the other loaded with mushrooms, bok choy and garlic. And for dessert, you'll create a smooth and creamy plant-based ice cream using mango, bananas and coconut milk.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
