Join Chef Titik for an extraordinary Indonesian culinary experience.

Chef Titik is excited to share her wealth of culinary knowledge with you in this hands-on cooking class where you'll focus on Indonesian recipes and ingredients.

Begin by preparing sayur urap, a traditional salad made with shredded coconut, followed by potatoes and shrimp cooked in a sauce of chili, tomatoes, garlic and tamarind. Next, Chef Titik will show you how to cook beef rendang from scratch, along with yellow rice infused with lemongrass and coconut milk. For dessert, bake an incredible bread pudding topped with ice cream and a compote of mangoes and berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Titik provided a wonderful experience learning about her culture and tasting our way through the dishes. The atmosphere was very warming and welcoming. I truly felt right at home. For this being my first experience with a Cozymeal, I was very impressed with how professional Chef Titik was. Hands down some of the best food I had ever tasted.
