Cooking Class - Introduction to Sushi for Kids
In this hands-on cooking class designed for kids, Chef Nadina teaches guests how to prepare four different styles of Asian cuisine, including a unique dessert sushi! Kids will learn how to roll, shape and layer their homemade rice and fillings to make healthy edible creations.
This introduction to sushi begins with tuna avocado sushi cups in crispy phyllo followed by classic sushi rolls with Thai sticky rice, smoked salmon and vegetables. Next, kids will make their own poke bowl before getting creative with marshmallows and fruity treats for a colorful dessert.
A minimum of one adult is required to be in attendance per group. Adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids. This class is recommended for ages 5-15.
