The tastes and textures of the Tuscan hills come to life in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Annie. You'll explore quintessential dishes that make Italian cuisine a favorite around the world.

Begin with a classic Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella and juicy tomatoes. Then, prepare bruschetta topped with a batch of fresh ricotta cheese, created from scratch using milk, cream and vinegar, and linguini al pomodoro featuring handmade pasta, tomatoes and Parmesan. For dessert, enjoy a lesson in lemon ricotta cake topped with slivered almonds.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I wanted to treat my parents to a memorable evening to celebrate their wedding anniversary and found Cozy Meal and Chef Annie’s Italian-themed cooking class. It was my first time booking a Cozy Meal and had no idea what to expect. The overall experience from beginning to end surpassed my expectations — we had the most delightful evening with Chef Annie! She arrived with all her cooking utensils and high quality ingredients and immediately introduced herself and the menu for the evening. She made us feel that we could partake in as much or as little of the cooking as we’d like. She delighted us with her conversation about her travels to Italy and her knowledge and passion for cooking. She encouraged us to form the pasta dough, to try our hand at the pasta machine, and to learn how easy it is to make homemade ricotta. Chef Annie was so patient and generous with her cooking knowledge. We savored our homemade meal, cooked and baked to perfection. Thank you Chef Annie for a wonderfully memorable evening! We look forward to cooking together again!

Chef Annie was amazing! She was so personable and guided us through our food cooking experience. The food was so delicious and the sea bass with polenta was some of the best we've ever had.

Chef Annie was wonderful! She was punctual, very sweet, and kept us very much engaged throughout the cooking experience. She explained to us her background in culinary and made us feel very comfortable. She let us participate as much or as little as we felt comfortable. Chef Annie was very knowledgeable, organized, pleasant, informative, and patient. The Canape Toast appetizer, Coq Au Vin and all vegetables were delicious! The Frangipane Pear Tart was the perfect ending! When she finished, the kitchen was in order, and all guests were happy and full, it was a great experience!

Annie was just amazing! My boyfriend and I booked the Caribbean tacos class and she went above and beyond to teach us different techniques and the origin of the food. She even brought her own homemade papaya salsa that was so delicious. Such a great experience; we will definitely be booking again.

Chef Annie taught me how to make an amazing lemon marinade that can be used in many ways. She showed me how easy it is to make homemade sauces, marinades and dressings. She was a delight to work with and I recommend taking her class anytime you are in town!

Chef Annie was absolutely amazing! We took her French Rendezvous class and learned so much. The Coq Au Vin was delicious! The pear tart brought me back to my excursion to South of France. There was so much flavor in the tomato jam she made. Definitely making this meal again to impress my foodie friends. We had loads of fun. Thank you!

Chef Annie is an excellent teacher and explains how to navigate the kitchen, ingredients, and utensils all while enjoying the process of creating decadent food and dessert! She pours a lot of love, passion and good energy into her food and art of cooking. I have really enjoyed recreating some of the meals for friends and family. Chef Annie is beyond talented when it comes to her work in the kitchen! She can do it all! On many occasions my wife and I have gone to her to cook up special dishes for dinner parties at the house, birthday parties, as well as for casual get-togethers with friends. Whether she's cooking up an elegant five course meal or baking something unique in the oven, she consistently delivers delicious delights! I highly recommend Chef Annie. She is a master at her craft!
