This intensive pasta-making class will teach you everything you wanted to know about pasta.

In this fully hands-on class, Chef Andy will teach you how to bring impressive pasta dishes to life. He will begin with historical information on the differences between the pastas specific to each region in Italy. You will also get tips on how to incorporate local and sustainable ingredients.

The fun begins with making grilled bread topped with savory prosciutto and sweet honey. Then, Chef Andy will walk you through the process of creating your own pasta, which you will then pair with your choice of seasonal sauce. Once the dough is ready, you will transform your seemingly simple noodles into decadent meals to savor.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Andy gave us a great culinary experience! It was not only excellent instruction in cooking homemade pasta but he was also very engaging, attentive, and did a great job of having the group bond together. It was a great combination of technical cooking and entertainment. Also, it was awesome that he offered 2 pastas dishes in lieu of a dessert as my biggest interest was learning to cook not necessarily having a "complete" meal
