Learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch with Chef Marty.

Unlock the secrets to preparing authentic homemade Italian cuisine from Chef Marty's hometown of Tuscany! In this hands-on pasta-making class, you'll lean on Chef Marty's years of culinary expertise as you learn all the techniques and tricks you need to make pasta at home.

Begin by preparing a rich tiramisu just like Nonna used to make on Sundays. You will then make fresh pasta by hand and pick fresh herbs from the chef’s organic vegetable garden to create a classic dish of pappardelle with brown butter, sage and Parmigiano cheese. You will also make fresh bruschetta al pomodoro and learn how to pronounce it like a true Italian. This al fresco-style class will be held outdoors under a covered patio, so please remember to dress warmly.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Marty created a magical Italian afternoon for us! The hands on experience rolling out the pasta, making the tiramisu, and chopping up the fresh ingredients for bruschetta was so much fun! Our time was infused with helpful tips from her professional cooking knowledge and also her experiences living and cooking in Italy, creating a memorable experience. Lots of laughter and learning! Highly recommend!

Chef Marty’s class was so much fun! We enjoyed learning about the history of Italy, learning how to make pasta and spending time with the class. The class was held in her backyard which added an intimate element. The food was delicious and I would highly recommend. -James & CC Little
