Cooking Class - Pasta Shapes and Styles
In this hands-on cooking class, hone your pasta-making skills as you transform homemade dough into a variety of pasta shapes and styles. Using regional ingredients, you will learn to pair and balance flavors and textures to complement your pasta dishes.
Begin this pasta exploration by crafting a classic gnocchi accompanied by fresh Parmesan cheese, bright citrus and herbs. Practice cutting and shaping pasta for authentic tagliatelle noodles served with chicken, tomatoes and olives, followed by whipping up a refreshing granita with seasonal fruit, honey and pralines.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
