Learn the art of making pillowy, cheesy ravioli from scratch.

In this interactive cooking class led by Chef ShaSha, you will learn to make three delicious dishes straight out of Italy, including homemade ravioli.

Begin the class by slicing up garlic and tomatoes to layer onto crusty bread and make a beautiful bruschetta. Then, allow Chef ShaSha to guide you through the step-by-step process for making cheese ravioli, from making the dough, to stuffing and shaping the pasta. Serve your ravioli in a slow-simmered tomato sauce. For dessert, whip up a decadent chocolate mouse.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Bruschetta

Having Chef ShaSha come to our house to make ravioli was a great experience. Communicated a few days before the appointment to finalize the menu and go over any preferences. She is very personable and knowledgeable. It was great having her give tips and tricks along the way. Would highly recommend.

Chef ShaSha was amazing! I purchased a private, in home cooking class for my parents as a (Mother's Day and dad's birthday) present. It was a wonderful experience. They made ravioli from scratch and Chef ShaSha brought all the supplies and ingredients. She was a patient teacher, allowing my family to participate as much or as little as they liked. My parents made a last minute addition, inviting two other guests and Chef ShaSha was most accommodating. She called ahead of time to make sure that the menu was everything we wanted and finalized details assuring us that everything was on track and ready to go. A relief for someone trying to coordinate from a few states away. I will be calling her again!

Chef ShaSha was very knowledgeable and prepared a great menu for us. She is obviously very passionate about what she does - we will be using her lessons for a lifetime! Food was delicious to say the least, conversation was light and fun, and Chef ShaSha is like an encyclopedia full of food and cooking knowledge. We are so grateful to have had her as our Chef, we'll definitely be back soon.

Absolutely fantastic! The food was amazing and ShaSha was a wonderful and patient teacher. She really took the time to explain things to us and show us how thoughtfully food could be made. We went from hardly cooking to make a three course meal (including from scratch pasta). It was a delight having her in our home!

This class was super awesome! Chef Sha Sha answered all my questions and explained everything very thoroughly while also leading a great example for how all tasks needed to be done. Highly recommend for a fun date night. And we had leftovers :)

This was an amazing experience. Chef ShaSha is gracious, informative and thorough in her preparation & execution. This was a birthday gift for my 13 year old granddaughter. We loved the mix of Skewered Antipasto Kabobs, Fettuccini Pasta made from scratch with delicious Alfredo sauce and authentic Italian Pignoli Cookies. We learned so much from Chef creating a cherished memory. Thank you Chef ShaSha!

I surprised my girlfriend with this class for our anniversary and she was thrilled! This was an amazing experience! My girlfriend and I have tried making homemade pasta many times in the past with little success. With the support of Chef ShaSha we made perfect fettuccine on the first try. Chef ShaSha was great company and I would recommend her to anyone looking to up their cooking game and have an excellent time with friends and/or family.

Chef ShaSha was incredible! I got the cooking class as a birthday gift for husband and we had so much fun. Chef brought amazing ingredients and taught us all about sourcing quality ingredients, knife techniques and numerous nuggets of cooking wisdom from her years in the kitchen. Chef Sha was absolutely amazing! I booked her for my one year anniversary, and tailored the menu to what I thought my boyfriend would enjoy. CHef Sha worked graciously with me to plan the perfect meal. She had prepared the most delicious Sicilian red sauce with sausage and beef braciole prior to coming to my apartment to make the rest of the meal. Once she arrived, we made caprese salad, lemon panna cotta, and the best part was the homemade fettucine!! She gave me and my boyfriend so many helpful tips in preparing food as well as presentation. I learned so much without feeling instructed. My boyfriend told me it was the best anniversary gift he has ever been given! Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone!!
