Under Chef Cregg's expert guidance, you'll assemble a Caprese panzanella salad with layers of greens, mozzarella, tomato and sourdough. Prepare handmade ravioli stuffed with creamy spinach-ricotta filling, topped with zesty pesto Genovese and a sprinkling of pine nuts. For dessert, create an aromatic olive oil cake served with seasonal fruit.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
