Harness the warm glow of Southern Italy's robust and sunny cuisine in this culinary experience.

In this hands-on class with Chef Landi, you will learn how to prepare gnocchi from scratch and serve it with an authentic Bolognese sauce hailing from the sun-soaked and weathered south of Italy.

You'll start your meal off with a refreshing caprese salad with fresh tomato and basil. After mixing, rolling, cutting and cooking your homemade potato gnocchi, Chef Landi will teach you how to prepare a traditional Bolognese sauce. You'll finish up with a delightful vanilla crème brûlée for a sweet touch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
