Start your journey by preparing a salty Hawaiian furikake popcorn topped with a mixture of nori and sesame seeds. Next, learn how to make perfect sushi rice and slice up fresh ingredients such as salmon, tuna or ginger. Next, discover how to assemble them to create perfect maki rolls, inside-out rolls or classic nigiri sushi. Enjoy a refreshing green tea sorbet for dessert.
