Cooking Class - Sweet and Savory Thai Cuisine
Experience hands-on training with Chef Danushka as she guides you through creating a gluten-free three-course menu featuring the Thai-inspired flavors of coconut milk, ginger and garlic.
Chef Danushka will begin the class teaching you how to prepare classic lettuce cups brimming with pork larb. Next, learn the fundamentals of braising while you prepare Thai-braised chicken accompanied by crispy stir-fried greens. Complete your savory meal with a creamy coconut rice with mango. You’ll be implementing these new-found skills at home in no time!
