If Mexican dining is one of your favorite cuisines, then this hands-on cooking class with Chef Daniel is your chance to learn how to make everything from scratch. He'll help you prepare an authentic Mexican meal with fresh ingredients.
Begin with a Mexican salad teeming with black beans and fresh cucumber and topped with tangy cilantro-lime dressing. Get sizzling with fajitas, featuring a blend of meats and vegetables and served with homemade tortillas. Prepare shrimp tostada bites to tempt your tastebuds and whip up a zesty margarita cheesecake mousse for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Daniel is simply amazing!! This was a Christmas gift for four of my grandchildren and he knocked it out of the park. He made it a fun experience while teaching them the skills to successfully achieve the results on their own. He gave them the confidence to tackle food creations that seemed daunting. Side note; it was all delicious! Much laughter, joy, pride and “when can we do another class?”

Growing up in his father’s restaurant, Chef Daniel fell in love with cooking and rose to the level of executive chef by age 16. After attending Le Cordon Bleu, he worked in 5-star hotels and country clubs, earning two prestigious James Beard Awards among other accolades. With decades devoted to the culinary arts, Chef Daniel is excited to share the techniques, tips and tales he has accumulated over the years.
