Join Chef Parsati and create four Indian dishes that can be prepared with minimal fresh ingredients — perfect for weeknight cooking. These comforting recipes are completely vegetarian and optimized for healthy lifestyles.
In this cooking class, you'll prepare hearty yellow dal fry with lentils, and savory aloo gobi masala — a cauliflower and potato stir fry. You'll also cook the perfect basmati rice to create berry pulao, a rice dish topped with fruit and nuts. On the side, you'll mix up onion mint raita dip and crisp papadam crackers.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
